In 1921, Rudolph Carpenter of Lititz, Pennsylvania, created this towering, one-of-a-kind clock which is composed of 50,000 individual pieces of wood. A total of 20 different species of wood were used to create this marvel of timekeeping, which include walnut, pine, white holly, ebony, cherry, rose, and mahogany, among others.
