Along the route of the Teesdale Way on the banks of the steel river lies an unusual homage to the iron and steel industry that was once the pride of Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. Spread throughout the 10-acre park, which is a former slag heap, six life-sized sculptures of dinosaurs can be found.
