On the outskirts of Bishopton in Renfrewshire sits a stately former mansion. Its genteel woodland walks and curious masonry have enchanted visitors for decades. Originally Millbank Farm, the estate was purchased by a wealthy stockbroker and art collector, John Augustus Holms.
