Newcraighall Monuments in Edinburgh, Scotland

Newcraighall, a suburb of the Scottish capital of Edinburgh was formerly one of the city’s main coal mining areas, as well as the home of several people important to Scottish history. All of these are commemorated with monuments within the space of approximately a block in the suburb.
