WASHINGTON — SpaceX launched a cargo Dragon mission to the International Space Station as the company and NASA reaffirmed their commitment to safety. A Falcon 9 lifted off at 9:29 p.m. Eastern Nov. 4 from Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Complex 39A. The rocket deployed the Dragon spacecraft into low Earth orbit nine and a half minutes later.
