The trade-only operator moved into 10 Bothwell Street on Monday (25 September) after five years at its Waterloo Street base.
The modern, open plan space features more break out areas, and is described as being “more in-keeping” with the If Only brand and ethos.
“We believe having a great working space is what you need to attract dynamic talent,” said the luxury specialist.
General manager Gordon McCreadie added the office would also accommodate more flexible working through more co-working areas, social spaces, and dedicated meeting and training areas.
“The location is just a short walk from the mainline train stations, public transport links, shops, cafes and restaurants, and is in the perfect area for our business to grow and flourish to help deliver our bold vision for future growth via the trade,” said McCreadie.
“It’s an open-plan environment and we can host people there: I want agents and suppliers to come and see what we are about as an organisation.”
